Christmas on the shore is a little different from that holiday inland. We sometimes serve fish based dinners, pots of oyster stew, oyster dressing, decorate with shells on our wreaths & trees & have lighted displays on our beaches & boats.

Winterfest is an annual event in Ocean City Maryland. The beach has lovely lighted displays & people come from all around the shore to enjoy them. Boats are all decorated and lighted as well.

We're on a little neck of land on the Chesapeake Bay side of Maryland's eastern shore but all the sailboats docked & in the harbours are lighted. It's beautiful! I wouldn't live anywhere else but Maryland.
