CHRISTMAS CHEER

Christmas Egg Nog Latte ~

I always purchase my egg nog, ready
made...I don't trust raw eggs...and
pasturized. It's perfectly fine to use the
"store bought" kind in this recipe.

4 teaspoon light rum
2 teaspoon bourbon
1 cup of hot coffee (we love the Kenya)
2 cups of egg nog

Prep: After you have heated the egg nog to very
hot, but not boiling, blend with the
coffee, rum & bourbon in a blender
until its "fuzzy".
Serve Hot!
Enough for about 4 cups.
